Based on the philosophy of being close to the producer, in order to get to know and prepare its products better, G is a restaurant that offers signature dishes, with a primary focus on contemporary Portuguese cuisine. The restaurant features a pleasant setting with a magnificent view over Bragança Castle, a decor comprising of art with tile panels by Júlio Resende (1960) and a relaxing atmosphere. It provides its customers with a delicious meal with a focus on the reinterpretation of local dishes and flavours by executive chef, Óscar Geadas, accompanied by a warm welcome from sommelier, António Geadas.
They have a Michelin Star, meaning that customers can expect luxury and exquisite cuisine, which they combine with typical mountain-region dishes. In order to showcase the products of the region and depending on the season, the menu is adapted every six months.
