• Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided. There is no daily cleaning service or replacement of towels. You can ask for any number of house cleanings and towel / linen replacement for an extra fee.
• This is a self-catering rental. This means that we will leave you a starting amount of certain items like toilet paper or detergent but when it runs out you should get more yourself.
• If you turn on many heaters full power at the same time, or high power electrical equipment (like washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, water boiler, etc.) the safety electrical switches can go off. This is normal and all you have to do is go to the switch box and turn back on all the switches.
• We also have in our apartments a device that monitors sound level. It doesn’t record conversations! It just monitors noise/decibels.
• Busy street, noise may disturb light sleepers.
